Here we will publish an overview of open data and shared data available from the Nordic Africa Institute.

As a government agency we provide annual statistics to the Swedish environmental protection agency

Our library reports annual figures to the National library of Sweden External link, opens in new window., appointed responsible for the official library statistics in Sweden External link, opens in new window.. They have a dedicated portal for these library statistics. It includes a service to make your own reports, data available via API, and more:
Data from DiVA
NAI's external and in-house publications are registered and/or published in the publication database DiVA. It's a consortia External link, opens in new window. where every member has their own local portal.
NAI-DiVA's regular search interface External link, opens in new window. offers two relevant options to take part of our publication data:
- View graphs and lists of select statistics External link, opens in new window. (downloads, visits, publication types etc.)
- Export of metadata records based on search criteria, for analysis External link, opens in new window.. Many different output formats.
On the DiVA Wiki you can find:
- View brief annual web statistics External link, opens in new window. compiled by the DiVA management. Browse and find NAI among the other organizations. In Swedish.
(Please note that the total download numbers are actually greater than shown in these compilations. These only take into account downloads through the local domain, and not the ones through the DIVA main portal.)

Data from Swepub
A large part of records in NAI-DiVA are continously exported to Swepub External link, opens in new window., the Swedish national database for research publications. They keep a specific interface (in Swedish) for bibliometric purposes:
