Balance and health

We strive towards a work environment that promotes a sustainable, well-balanced work life. Our systematic process for work environment includes three aspects: physical, psychological and organisational. Health-promoting activities for staff include floorball, walking contests and a movie club. Every Wednesday morning we have a collective staff coffee.

NAI has flexible work hours and good possibilities for remote work and part-time work for parents. We also offer an allowance for health care activities and paid vacation days.
